I'm Jeff Cruz.

I'm a real estate advisor in Santiago de los Caballeros. I help families and investors, many of them Dominicans living abroad, buy in the Dominican Republic with all the information on the table.

    I walk you through every payment and every document before you sign.

    Through construction and until your property is delivered.
