We talk
On WhatsApp or a video call you tell me what you're looking for, what it's for and your budget.
You get options
I send you floor plans, photos, videos, current availability and the payment plan for each option.
You visit, in person or on video
If you're coming to the country, we tour together. If not, I show you the project or the unit on a video call.
You reserve
You hold the unit with a reservation deposit. I explain what you sign and what you receive.
You sign and pay
You sign the contract and pay according to the agreed plan, from your bank, with a receipt for every payment.
You get your property
I'm with you through construction and at delivery.

What people ask me most.
Do I need to travel to buy?
Not necessarily. You can see everything by video call and sign remotely. If you'd rather come, we plan the visit so you make the most of the trip.
How do I pay from abroad?
Usually by international wire to the account stated in the contract. Every payment has a receipt and I confirm when it's received.
How do payments work for pre-construction projects?
You reserve with an initial amount, then pay a percentage at signing, another in installments during construction and the rest at delivery. Each project has its own plan; I send it to you in writing.
What if I can't be there to sign?
Signing can be done remotely or through a representative. I walk you through the options with the attorney before you decide.
Can I rent the property out while I'm away?
In many projects, yes. I'll tell you what each one allows and what options there are to manage it.
